I walked out of the stadium to go to my truck late in the third quarter to get something to drink and turned on the radio to hear Hank and George talk about how frustrated all the fans are and even themselves about how June Jones made SMU bowl eligible and a compete for the CUSA title this year. They said it was frustrating to watch this go on 30 mins from Denton and see how TCU has an outside shot at the BCS title game. Keep in mind both schools are in the metroplex, are private schools, and compete with UNT for recruiting.

We have only won 2 games this year and Army is from West Point, an east coast school....and we hit nearly 24,000 When we have our new 28,000 seat stadium built and we play a REGIONAL RIVALRY GAME at Fouts and our football team has a winning record, we will be so screwed...lots of loss revenue, but hey at least we will have more box suites BUILD IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME 35,000 +

I mean the players make the difference....but coaches always get the blame... I really wish he would succeed after the Ball State game, cause there were huge differences in offense, defense, and special teams, vast improvement on all sides of the ball. But I dont know, the last three years have been the worst I have ever seen. I really do feel for Dodge. If he coems back next year, I hope he can turn it around, the players and coaches have done alot

It just keeps getting worst here at UNT.... especially this semester The football team has only won 5 games in three years and three of those wins came from a FCS team. The Homecoming Vote for a King and King or Queen or Queen And of course the BOR and other offices are officially going to be moved out of the main campus to Downtown Dallas. What is going on in Denton???? All of these stories have been reported on by the local and state media.... Team of the Metroplex

It wont hurt us in recruiting, unless the players who wanted to consider UNT were gay or transgendered, if thats the case we are totally screwed... Besides our record this year and last year is what recruits look at.....

Thats a really good insight... Never thought of that... Im not saying Glanville was my number #1 choice from the people interested, Jimbo Fisher was actually, but there had to be a major reason why RV wanted Dodge in here so badly and believe me it was not because of the GMG.com board.

Still I would say a Jerry Glanville, would have captured more than 5 wins and not run off all the talent that was recruit to be a part of this team..... A professional head football coach with connections with assistants or our lame attempt to be SLC, the joke is really on us....

I have attended every game this season and have seen improvement but we are far off where we should be and what was expected for this season. Im not advocating for Dodge to be fired like I did last season, but im hoping Riley and Todge will come around for us next season. Im hoping. Also from 23,000 to slightly above 10,000, says alot about students and alumni who have given up on us for the rest of the season, this was worst than when Dickey was here in his last few games.

Euless, Didnt get to see you had a question posted for me, until recently. 1. It doesnt matter that the BOR wants to move to Dallas, since they all live in that vicinity, its their perogative and theres not much we can do about it. I dont believe that this will have any effect upon our athletic program nor should it have any effect if they can get an outside consultant to evaluate the program or chose our new HC. 2. The students and UNT_Flyer, and SGA were the ones who got us where we are with the new football stadium, only the Prez or BOR can make that decision or unless he quits and gets hired somewhere else, which isnt likely. A big -time AD can easily shake things around and make enough noise to get things moving, look up Ornisi and SMU

Well the thing is with Dodge, is he is doing the best he can with what he has. I see that on the field. Who's fault that we have a HS football coach in here in the first place, is what I have been asking myself lately and so have alot of other fans

Notre Dame is overrated, they think they are Florida, Texas or USC. When they play like a typically mid-major, there not even in a conference. Why arent they in the Big Ten ??? Can anyone answer why they are never in a conference or have an automatic BCS bid

Im going. But everyone I asked to attend with me says they wont go. But I will tailgate, even if it is by myself, done it before. I brought a couple of friends of mine to the last UNT game and at the end of the game, they told me never ever to bring them again because it was depressing. Especially the fireworks, they asked " Do they always shoot off 15 mins of fireworks after each loss", I was like uh kinda yeah.... Then his response what to they do when they win a game at home, my response " I don't know, I really don't know....

How soon can you quit the DPD and take over our inept Athletic Director's job....
