I swear if I see the Hit 6 thing again, I am pulling the plug on this program. 

Is it not a reasonable goal after a 4-8 year?  

I mean, we all saw how the 2013 team just put on the cruise control once they 'hit-6'.

And we'll never see it again, don't worry.  "Hit-6" went away with Wintrich.

And yet, I saw it at the end of this video.... :-/  There is only so much motivation a mediocre phrase can give you running 3 seasons now. 

It popped up along with 2 other rally cries over the past few years.   Was this vid put out by the Athletic Department?  Or someone else throwing it out there?

I enjoyed this video and it helps some folks realize that our D came to play in Austin last September. I hope they start this season with the same level of intensity.

You have to win six games before you can win your seventh or eighth. It doesn't matter how many seasons you say that in a row, it remains true. 

As long as it motivates the team, I don't care how many times they use the slogan! 

I am not totally against the hit 6 campaigns. Give them a goal to reach and then see what they can expand on it once that goal is met. Setting unrealistic goals is not good for business. Would people prefer hit10? What's next, vote for Hillary?
