  1. Bill Brock would be an excellent choice.
  2. Good luck Demario. Kid just seems to want to play football. Showed up here after bouncing around from Grambling to Central Oklahoma. From all accounts did a pretty decent job when he played.
  3. How about Hondo Webb, a 6'2" 215 lb. PG from 2A Melissa? Averaged 13.9 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 7.5 assists during the regular season. In leading his top ranked team to the 2A semi-finals, he averaged 13.4 points and almost 15 rebounds per game during their playoff run. Plays AAU ball for Triumph Select Gold. I've watched this kid play since his freshman year, he makes everyone around him a better player. Great basketball sense and incredible vision. Last I heard, was getting looks from UA-LR, Louisiana-Lafayette,& Colorado St.
  4. Denison Yellowjacket Relays 3/12: 100 meters: Zach Whitfiled, 1st 11.23 200 meters: Whitfield, 1st 23.00 4X100 meter relay: Sherman, 1st, 43.1
  5. Kinda interesting, UNT mentioned:
  6. Great game and great season. Thank you seniors for a great 4 year ride.
  7. I thought that the Class 4A region 2 meet was being held that weekend, but after looking at the UIL website, they show the regional meet to be May 2-3. So that rules that out. Do any of the Denton schools host their district meets at Fouts?
  8. Rudy: watched it one time, pretty good movie, inspiring and all that stuff. Necessary Roughness: watch it every time it comes on, great movie for what it is. Plus it has Kathy Ireland!
  9. Add Micheal Pruitt and Markeith Knowlton also.
  10. Booger, Awasom, Cardwell, Spencer, and Pearl all played at some level of pro football off of that defense.
  11. Coach Mac said at the recruiting day press conference that the spring game is set for April 15.
  12. I believe J.T. still holds the longest interception returned for t.d. in NT history, 100 yards against LaTech.
  13. More from Sherman newspaper: http://www.heralddemocrat.com/hd/Sports/Sherman-athletes-sign-to-play-in-college--
  14. That is awesome. J.T. is one of my all time favorite NT players, I followed his career from NT to the Redskins, Chiefs, and Cardinals.
  15. http://ww2.kxii.com/global/video/flash/popupplayer.asp?ClipID1=5548066&h1=Tuesday%27s%20Signings&vt1=v&at1=Sport&d1=133500&LaunchPageAdTag=Sport&fvCatNo=&backgroundImageURL=&activePane=info&rnd=25752374
  16. Don't have an allegiance to either team, but I'll go with the Steelers because they've had several NT players over the years (Greene, Shanklin, and Pegram).
  17. Just saw the name and thought maybe he was former Ram Henry Ellard's son but after looking at his bio, it's evident that he's not.
  18. I like this quote from the Woodrow Wilson coach: He was a four-year starter for us," Estes said. "I have had two four year starters, one was Sergio Kindle, and the other was Chard Polk. If he was 6-3, he would have Notre Dame and USC after him. He gets after the football and creates turnovers. That's pretty good company.
  19. Wow, 6'5" but only 174 lbs. He needs to put a little meat on his bones. Welcome aboard Chaz.
  20. Can anyone name the players in that picture? Is that the great J.T. Smith in the lower left?
  21. Says here that Stouffer hasn't committed anywhere, is visiting Vanderbilt: http://highschoolsportsblog.dallasnews.com/archives/2011/01/highland-park-ol-kyle-stouffer-kimball-w.html
