We are trying to get coach Mc down here to talk to the group. To do this we are trying to creat noise enough in the group to get it done. There are more big 12 people so I was wondering who can join it & help getting it to happen. We meet Monday morning's at 11:30. This years team is on a whole new level of athletism compared to his past teams. He said that they had 2 games Friday and Saturday where you can see them. He's looking forward to getting through the preseason & into the league. UNT should be the choice in the West. Muts & wku look good in the east. They both come here to play this year.

Good points Emmitt but they make little difference to most on this board. By the way Emmitt, I wonder how many on this board are working in the capital campaign about to start. They certainly work this board to the excess most of the time. Giving any time to the UNT for the Capital Campaign would make much more difference than their shallow views on this board.

Never got invitation to any practices, but being out-of-town might of had something to do with it. But its funny, all those perks listed for higher donars,in the past,most I never received from rv's office(like fly with team, closed events, special promotions-pictures etc). I really never expected to get those perks- Mandy used to say to me at the first game your stuff is "Coming".So, if you really want to be unappriciated by rv give lots of $$$ (a million is a different class of donar just ask mattress Mac or Goldfield- O wait, they got angry at him too?). By the way, Mike Nelson and Dan have gone to Houston to to recruit & went by & talked to Mattress Mac. Mac talked to Dan a good while too. FYI. I'm impresed that Dan is trying to do things that the athletic dept/ex's (alumni assn.) should be doing. See you at the Houston game.

A funny story about last years class. One of our basketball coach's (Angela O) helped Ken find a gem in Shermanm(?). She was there scouting one of their lady basketball players & saw a player jumping out of the gym that also played VB. She told Ken to check her out. Come to find out her family is dirt poor. She did not play club VB & so she was way under the radar. Well, Ken loved her(?). I'm really excited about all this bunch coming in this year. Just think, this year we are recruiting for CUSA too with that class already on board.

He mentioned to me that he thought the class would be ranked. How is the class ranked?

I'm glad we are happy about utsa doing a great job of selling season tickets- why are we not talking about our season ticket sales?

Harry good assessment. Dan is after better speed & strength on the lines & at the backfields. Probably one more OL & a couple of DL in the future.

I've waited long enough for you guys to come up with the real reason the add sucks.... I have never see anything like this without a schedule on the stupid thing. How does anyone that could come to the games know when they are w/o a schedule? By the way, the other post about this is really funny. For you people that don't get this- has a car salesman tried to sell you a car lately without you knowing what kind of car he is trying to sell you?
