We have to start worrying about our frontline. Next season we're set, but then Wooden and Williams are both leaving. Finding a true PG is a must as well.

Bonfire. While I was in school, nothing made me feel closer to my alma mater than working on the stack for those 8 or so days. Many of my favorite college memories are of cold evenings, with the chain stretching down below me, as I lumbered up 20 feet in the air, trying to figure out where to lay the next pallet down. Tower Lights. One of my favorite things to do was turning those suckers on. I found any excuse to do so.

Passed her by? That would imply we were top dogs.... She never dominated the league. We won a division title in '05-'06, but that's it. (We also got 2 division titles in the Big West)

Figures. Trilli brought in the talent that Jankovich couldn't, but was a craptacular coach. Coach J was probably smart to leave given that situation. Helwig strikes again!

Well, I USUALLY take solace if the team that beats mine does well because I can reason that we lost to the Champion...or close to. Go Tigers(even though you'd screw my bracket)!

I think there needs to be a commemorative DVD anyways. Not every year you win a league title(regular season OR postseason) and get a chance to Dance in March.

I was a big fan of Coach Jankovich. Was sad to see him go. Best of luck Coach.

I'm not asure why it couldn't. The ACC and Big 10(11) don't have the same number of teams, and yet they have their challenge thing every year.

If we played a few higher profile schools the NAIA or D2 schools wouldn't look as bad. Look at Winthrop. They played Wisconson, Texas A&M and others. BUT they also had schools like Virginia Intermont & Presbyterian in non conference.

Twelve years ago would be right in the middle of Helwig's tenure I believe.

Well, we have gotten UT, A&M, and Indiana to....

We couldn't get 9K for Indiana, so I'm not sure anyone would. At least not yet.

While I'd like that to happen too, I really don't see SMU or TCU going for that.

Just think of how many transfers would count against us though. Between JUCO pickups and true transfers, quite a few.

The strength of the SBC should keep us out the play in game. There were 11 worse conferences this season(according to the RPI anyways), and it was a down year for the Belt.

Graduation rates are a tad skewed however, because transfers count against you.

We should go back to playing the Toppers once next year, correct? Hopefully it's at home.

If Dennis really is that kinda sniper, we are SET next year. I was worried since we're losing Davis and Watson.

I've enjoyed them too. It also really let us see the team in their own element, not just the guys we see(or hear) playing for us on the floor. I've gotten a new respect for Coach Jones too. That pregame speech had me fired up, and I already know we lost.
