  1. This is the key. My brother made me late to the game because when we got there (about 45 mins before kick) Fouts was full and then they redirected us across the highway, but I was not aware of the grass lot, so we made a huge circle around Fouts to end up back where we were only to by a grass lot pass from one of the attendants at the Fouts entrance. By the time we made it to the grass lot, the lady directing traffic said she was just letting people park for free since the game had already started. Needless to say, I was pissed about the whole situation, but mainly at my brother for making me late. Sorry. Bottom line, is parking logistics need to improve. *rant over*
  2. Wow! -151 yards rushing? You would have to get sacked a lot for that! I assume sacks count for negative rushing yards. You guys have some good insight on the play calling here with MF too. I think the rolling out does overcome some of the shortcomings of our OL. Once those guys get a little better, we will be more of a force!!
  3. Yeah, I think this is a big part of getting some shorter throws more YAC. It freezes those LBs enough to open up that soft spot in the zone.
  4. I was watching the highlights from the UTEP game and they obviously got no pressure on Fine and that is why he could throw it all over the field, but I did notice one thing. On almost every touchdown or big play GH has Fine rolling out. Even on that big play to Rico. Maybe it has been this way all season and I just haven't noticed it. Anyone else notice this?
  5. Plumm, thanks!! I was able to move from row 19 to row 7!! Wouldn't even have thought to look at tickets again!
  6. Yes, it was amazing! Not sure if anyone realized it, but that was when Fine threw the deep TD pass to Rico. I think the players were feeling it too!!
  7. It is so exciting to celebrate a winning team. I know there are many from all generations of North Texas alum, but we can all come together and bask in our West division champs!!! #oldnewDenton
  8. This thread probably needs to be locked. It is no longer productive.
  9. Wow, that is a good turnout. I guess I need to get there a little earlier.
  10. +1000 I would love to see this. I think that both schools would bring great attendance numbers. Not to mention the Tech ties with UNT coaching staff right now. I don't know how realistic it is though since CUSA swapped with Big 10 for the HoD. Maybe they switch back? https://www.landof10.com/big-ten/big-ten-heart-of-dallas-bowl
  11. Dammit!!! I guess the mystery is solved. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.landof10.com/big-ten/big-ten-heart-of-dallas-bowl/amp
  12. Well, that sucks. I saw other places where it showed Big 12 and CUSA. This may be old, but http://conferenceusa.com/news/2017/5/10/FB_0510170830.aspx?path=football
  13. What I was thinking was if Tech drops lower in the conference and we win the championship, we can choose HoD bowl. That could line us up to play Tech. Imagine the storylines. Also, with the alum in Dallas, attendance would be massive.
  14. I admit, I said game, set, match cause I have seen it so many times, but this team is definitely different. I love it and I was wrong!
  15. I also take back my comment from earlier. This is a different North Texas team.I
  16. Dude Nic Smith is going to be gooood too! I like his shiftyness.
