  1. Of course not the whole article, but here's a pull to answer your question: He also, uh, forgot a Number 5 there in top-10 underclassmen QBs.
  2. Third floor represent! @Tyler Maryak and I were both in this hall at the same time. 2009 - 2010 : Mozart Square 2010 - 2011 : City Parc off Fry St. (a good situation in what turns out to be a terrible place) 2012 - present : a nice little home around Denton HS
  3. Interesting. I suppose Khairi is back in everyone's good graces.
  4. While I do like that McConnell tower green light graphic, it's gotta be the battle flag, no?
  5. Why would you be certain of that? All of the eateries within the Union are operated by UNT Dining Services, even the chain spots like the Jamba Juice, Whichwich, Chik-fil-A, Burger King, Taco Bueno, Fuzzy's, and Starbucks.
  6. So four of the Top 25 hardest OOC schedules listed are CUSA teams with another nine listed with CUSA opponents in their docket. Not too shabby for conference perception.
  7. To all the Army talk... the AAC would gain everything in that scenario and Army next to nothing. You could accurately assess that Army is living the idealized life of an Independent. Last I recall they were pretty miserable as a member of CUSA. Not to mention the Army-Navy game is sacrosanct. No way in hell they ever move it or change its context for anything.
  8. Agreed. I think there's more upside than down to even having TCU, SMU, and UNT all in the same conference, though probably not the same division.
  9. I feel like this is more @Harry pulling up pending material to look good towards inquiring external minds at the moment. At the time of this writing, 29 members online, 2 anonymous, and 72 guests. Put up and show out, as is the sentiment in the other AAC threads.
  10. Ohhhhhh, damn. This is very, very good. Not sure whether its better or not that we don't have any games scheduled that weekend. On one hand, Wren can devote his full attention to the conference and its attendees. On the other, it would be cool to have all those officials to experience our game day experience. Surely, you jest. >> See @PlummMeanGreen's link above.
  11. Word around campus was the location in the Union was so popular that order fulfillment wait times fell well-below Starbucks’ corporate standards. They threatened to pull the operational license unless something was rectified. I guess this is that solution. It truly is funny though, as this little shack is literally right across the library mall from the larger one. Totally agreed, especially when you have Aura, Golden Boy, Cryptoozoology, and West Oak serving around town.
  12. Everything about this is funny to me. On the last episode (for now) of Podcast Ain't Played Nobody, the hosts have on the editor for the big Athlon College Football preview mag to which they contribute and gauge Steven Godfrey's reactions to the way-too-early bowl projections in real time: We show up about 48:30 in here: https://megaphone.link/VMP5716226326 Projection: Heart of Dallas Bowl First Responders Bowl, UNT vs TCU at SMU's Gerald J. Ford Stadium. Let that sink in for a moment. The irony, schadenfreude, whatever you want to call it would be delicious. Also, I think it would be an amazing matchup and frankly well-attended game. Win win wins all around. The podcasters also make a joke of how many players TCU would be willing to trade for Mason Fine. Fun stuff.
  13. Dont look at me. I’m only the messenger out here explaining the youths to ye elders.
  14. This is how you know the program has turned a corner, but the fan base perhaps has not. This is what it looks like when you recruit at a higher level. Those recruits are going to be at a lot of camps; going to be putting on a lot of jerseys; going to be singing the praises of a lot of the instruction/instructors at those camps. Ya'll need to chill with the disrespect talk, as its pretty foolhardy. Answers - Always. No?
  15. If I’m remembering correctly, they return nearly the entirety of their defensive production this year.
