I believe this may be part of the FSU suit strategy. When the ACC was devalued by adding SMU and others, it also devalued FSU as an institution.

This is the problem running NIL thru the university that has been proposed. Can you imagine the cost for paying title IX athletes and also paying athletes in non generating revenue sports.

ACC school will never get into the college playoffs because strength of schedule. With the 3 additions it has made the ACC weaker and more expensive to travel..
