#13Micheal Brewer will be the starter for Texas Tech next season. Unless DT somehow finds accuracy & play recognition in a jar over the summer, I see this as Brock-oli's team. Spring game should be the best QB battle in a long time. DT will be a good QB coach for Brock and a solid backup

Barnes managed to take his #1 team all the way out of the Top 25 a couple years ago in a matter of a couple of weeks. That's a talent he can keep on his résumé.

When was the last time UT lost to a Div. II team in Basketball/Football ?

The almighty UT Longhorns lost 86-73 to DivisionII Chaminade Univ. on national TV in the Maui Invitational. How Rick Barnes is still the HC right now is beyond me. Seriously. The guy gets 1-3 NBA draft picks every year but has NEVER done anything but make it to 1 Final Four that was in San Antonio. It will be interesting to see how the UT fan base reacts.

Not really, we all know we have a long way to go. This team is improved from last year but still a very young team

I do commend Benford for holding Coleman accountable. Johnny Jones diddnt with CJ & JW by letting them play and it hurt us in the end.

hopefully this is the only game he misses. im sure CJ & JW will show the stat sheets of their season last year after were ruled academically ineligible. goose eggs. Selfish move on Coleman and could really hurt the entire team. we were out rebounded by a Div 2 team tonight i believe.
