Long story short: Dodge knew how to run a high school football program. When he got to UNT he did what he knew how to do and ran a high school football program. He recruited good players, but never developed them to D-1 players. As a result, we couldn't compete with D-1 schools.

Mean_Green09 - Maybe make a Facebook page called "Fill Apogee" or "Hit30K" where you can explain the goal and incentives. When people tell others about the goal they can simply tell them to go "Like" the Facebook Page and then you (or other admins on the page) can give a handful of updates every week to keep it on people's minds and remind them to keep spreading the word.

Direct them to the Alumni Pavilion where they can enjoy an alumni tailgate by "registering" with an email address and $10 or whatever for beer/food. Alumni can mingle and have a good time meeting new people from the same class or program. After the tailgate, everyone goes in the stadium for a good game and at the end of the day, the Alumni Association has a new list of alumni emails that they can send game day information to for every future home game to get them coming back.
