i was at the game and was impressed with the new complex and the amount of fans there. smu looked faster and had better ball control. our chances come on counter attacks and they almost paid off. i was so happy when the smu girl headed the ball over the goalpost. our goalie deserved the shutout....the girls played hard!!!

fake punt, no biggie....going for it on 4th down sucked, but we should have been able to stop them. i don't like it, but i can't complain too much....i hope that tu loses next week when the game come down to a field goal and it's their kickers first attempt of the year...WIDE RIGHT!!!!

I don't think you can make this game into a typical OOC game for us...Many many many teams are going to get blown out by texas....It's the first half of the year....

Our penalties have been 1 incidental facemask, 2 offsides, 1 late hit and 2 pass interference, i believe. We're playing the defending champs.....give them a break. They are trying to make plays. I haven't seen anything that just screams stupidity at me. Relax...it's the first game of the season......Let the YOUNG DEFENSE learn....

I don't like how they said that the building won't look like any other on campus. Why can't they make it similar? I know all buildings aren't the same, but they have the same general look. It's great to be getting a new building, but I don't know about the looks.

Just because a building is old, doesn't mean it has historic value and shouldn't be torn down. I'm for making things better. If Fry street needs to be changed, so be it. The people will still visit.
