    Been said many times before - We are one of the worst in FBS at branding. Never consistent. Changing looks constantly. And it seems like the powers-that-be go out of their way to make sure the merchandise available rivals that of many High Schools. The "Mean Green" is an incredible marketing tool and we have blown it.

    If his job is not on the line after the seasons we have had and the money he is being paid then Wren has really screwed up. New conference or not if we have another .500 season and lose a bowl game the fan support will be even more dismal. The only message that this would send is that the wishes of a couple of top donors are more important than the rest of the fan base.

    Cattleman's is definitely a great visit. There is also Billy Crews and State Line in the area. On a more casual and "El Paso" flavor, there is L & J's, and of course Rosa's Cantina as mentioned before. Very good Mexican food all over.

    @emmitt01 There are several nice Hotels downtown from Holiday Inns to the Double Tree. They have quick access to UTEP (10 minutes away).

    They have the win total set at 6. Guess with the money backing the program that get's Seth an extension and he leads us into the AAC. Note - I wish I could use the puking emoji on myself when I think of this scenario 😇

    This is a great learning opportunity for Mason. To be honest, don't see him passing Fajardo, but being the backup to one of the leagues best might make him a target for other teams.

    Just my opinion, but when there thoughts last year a change might happen I really believed then, and syill do now, SFA's Colby Carthel would be a great coach for UNT.
