SLC won a ton of 3A Titles. Dodge has taken them to the 5A titles, I think a big difference. Yes they were successful bu Dodge has kept them there, which is amainz in itself.

Did anyone realize that JL Smith was a lame-duck since the middle of the season at Mich. state? Did he act like an ass to the school? did the UNC coach or other coaches hired in the middle of the season. I feel horrible for the players because DD has drug them thru the mud while he gets back at the University.

yup seeing UALR lose by 40 to TAMU and Troy losing to Alabama state is not what the conference needed. Sounds like UALR might have been overrated. Add in ASU losing to a previously winless South Dakota State. Not good right now.

SMU will,not hold us down. UNT is holdingn itself down internally by restricting donors, having a horrible public speaker for a HC in football.... wait that excuse is gone now. RV has to make a fantastic hire to get the masses interested. We have been kicked down for so long.
