  1. It's fill-in-the-blank, with answers already there to be circled.

Also, is this really an appropriate haiku thread? I'm on the fence.

    I'd rather do a MadGab.

Can you re-write with the blanks, but leave us choices of "adjective", "adverb", "plural noun", ect...?

  2. I think I'd argue he was able to take the hits more successfully than the two guys that started before him this year... Just sayin.

**crosses fingers for a Matt Vizza like barrage from Todge soon**

Do you have to take "transfer lumps"?

  3. I plan to catch then surpass all of you.

First, I'll get my pilot's license. Then I'll get a plane. Then I'll get a camera. Then I'll get a blog and a podcast.

    GAME OVER, FOOLS.

Are you of Greek descent? Do you like to SCUBA dive? Do you live in Connecticut? Do you have over 11K posts? Ever put stadium legislation on your back and get it passed?

Sorry Eagle1855, you (like myself) are not Top 10 material. Your rudimentary plan will fail quickly. You need to try and join some of us in the Mid-Major reputation poll.

  4. The debate is whether or not humans, through their actions, can truly affect this change one way or the other, not whether or not the earth's climate changes, right?

I think the debate is actually if everyone on earth all farted at the same time, would it start an El Nino pattern, would the gasses affect the ozone layer, and would the introduction of all that warm air melt all the glaciers?

  5. I think I would tell the kid that he has 48 hours to sign or the scholarship offer will be pulled. If he wants to pursue Miami let him, but he would have 48 hours to make up his mind or I'd look elsewhere with the scholarship. I hope he signs with the Mean Green as UNT could definitely use the guy, but if he is using UNT's offer as a "stop-gap" until or if he gets what he thinks is a better offer, then adios after the 48 hour deadline. UNT could play hard ball as well.

Kram, I admire your zeal, but you have to look at the situation a little closer. We're graduating our starting DTs and the guys we have returning are not going to get the kind of pressure we need. North Texas is not in a position to dictate when Wright makes a decision. We just have to wait and hope he picks us. I think if NT were to demand he sign within a certain timeframe, it would just make the choice a little easier for him, and it wouldn't be in our favor.
