Every post we try talking about the LTTC either gets locked or deleted. And every time we ask we just get an “oh they’re doing great!” with no actual meat on the bones. I’d just love to see them post anything. Hey RV, team just won the NIT. Maybe post about it and capitalize on the win? Give some very pumped up alumni a place to park their money?

I don’t see other companies producing “Toughest Team Wins” shirts. I don’t see other companies producing unique apparel for the UNT student body. If you don’t think they care, you’re not looking hard enough. I respect your opinion and I’m sure it’s based on past experiences but the truth of the matter is they do bend over backward to try and get things to us alumni, students, fans that are different than the mass produced stuff. Sometimes that means a little more money. But in this case, it’s actually cheaper than Rally House, Fanatics, etc. And if you go to them with ideas out of respect, chances are you’ll get some cool stuff out of it. The throwback basketball T-shirt/sweatshirt last year was because a guy came in asking if they could recreate a few for him. It ended being one of their best sellers.

They work with the resources they have. Your alternative is Barnes and Noble who the Athletic department cut ties with bc of how terrible they were. I’d rather give my money to a local store that actually cares about the university and is trying to satisfy a variety of wants and needs by its customers. They’re never going to please everyone but they try, contrary to what some think.

Lol it’s because the shirt hasn’t been created. That’s the stock image that will be changed to UNT imagery. They just haven’t received the proof yet.

Kai did a hell of a job on Jelly. If it wasn’t for the bogus foul call on the 3, would have held him under 20. That’s INSANE while still producing on the offensive end.

How bout Kai this year.. I think a lot of us had some high expectations for him and sure there were some rough patches, but the kid filled the role and then some. 21 points and 6 rebounds to win the NIT title? His tourney run kinda reminded me of Brunson for the Mavs last year. Any time we needed to settle and get an easy bucket, sure enough there was Kai backing his guy down and getting a short turn around floater. He’s a player I’ll remember for a long time.

It was delicious. I hope we get to see an expanded role for him next year.

Anything for clicks. I’m going to savor every moment tonight. Grant has delivered the greatest stretch of UNT basketball I’ve ever experienced and he deserves all the praise he receives and more.

That’s terrible. Don’t make that promise if you don’t have the ability to make it happen. Need Jared (or whoever makes that decision) to own it.

I don’t think it was our band there. Think I saw someone mention it was the UNLV band. Could be wrong tho.

The team been talking non stop how the UAB loss has been fueling them. They’ll come out ready to play.

Something that was buried in the replies. Sounds like we’ll be getting an update soon on Jared/ADs vision of the department moving forward.

I have. Heard nothing from them. No thanks for the donation (even an automated “thank you” would be nice). All I’ve got was the receipt lol And worse of all… I haven’t got my free swag!

I just don’t think the university does enough to get students in the door. This dates back to when I was a student. People don’t go to UNT because of our sporting events, but it doesn’t mean a lot of the students don’t like to watch sports. You just gotta figure out how to engage them. And historically, we haven’t been good at it unfortunately.

Somehow makes me feel better? Lol would’ve led the mob up to Norman if this was the case.

They have a real shot of getting to the ship.. absolutely insane run.
