He very well could be the type of kid who usually gets G5 offers then a P5 comes around late and may offer. The portal has got a-lot of people questioning evaluations vs trying to get a plug and play guy. I haven't watched his tape yet but if that many schools think he can play there is definitely something there, and look no further than a few of our transfers from lower institutions this past year there are kids down there that can absolutely play!

I think at a-lot of places the TE and OL work together more times than not. Especially in Indy as they are such an important part of Run game. They can get their skill work in during 1 on 1 or 7 on 7. At least that is what I've observed at the different college practices I've been able to attend.

Agreed, except I'd take TCU out of the equation at this point. Them playing in the national championship game will change the level of recruit they can/will go get. But I completely agree on the SMU/UTSA deal. I think we will see early and often a few more kids each class staying closer to home, and choosing UNT.

He has, was the DL coach at North Crowley for a year and decided he really wanted to coach at the college level. So he took a chance on himself entered the GA world and has quickly proven in college world he’s very capable. Maybe because it happened to me, but tough crowd and world when one can’t prove one way or the other they’re capable. How does one do that if never given an opportunity? Fun fact, every HC,OC, DC, position coach, AD whatever you want had to be a first at some point. Yes, this staff is giving a lot of people their first opportunity to prove it. But guess what, Leach did the same for Morris so don’t think it’ll be the last as long as Morris is here.

This has been really entertaining, glad I paid 21 bucks to watch losers in black and white stripes run up and down the court and blow their whistles and probably 70% of the calls they’ve made 🤯🤯 if they don’t call that giant Russian for 3 seconds in the paint I’m going to lose my mind. He spends 1/3 of every possession in there.

He’s been getting kids offers and places to play and evaluating talent for 2 decades. Many of whom had no offer and ended up being a D1 kid. We can re visit this post in a few years and I bet our roster looks substantially better talent wise than it currently does
