    I'm just saying stadium-priced beers aren't going to impact the student section a GREAT deal. Too expensive for people used to dirt cheap drinks. It might even keep a few in the stadium if they can grab a beer when the buzz starts to wear off. Student section will forever be peppered with students who are far too drunk. Might as well make a few bucks off of them.

    We are in total agreement on your last point. However, I go to games and stay until the end even if we are loosing. I have a blast at every game I attend because football happens. Everything else is just background. My demographic may not be the biggest, but it does exist.
