These aren't the regular college plates from the TXDMV. These are from the outsourced company that was hired to provide even more options and more money. My wife has the regular college UT plates. She now has the option to get these Longhorn plates if she wants. The cost more than the regular college plates. I think they look pretty cool. I might trade in my regular UNT plates if myplates.com came out with a new NT design.

from their board Dunbar could play on anyone's team. We have excellent defenders and he was moving thru them easily most times. The guy is simply that good. And their QB and WR's are EXPERIENCED, and were very good last season. They might be even better this year. Anyone that doesn't think NT will win a bunch of games this season is not looking. We beat a very solid, well-coached team that was firing on all cylinders. We just outplayed them

I think it is a good thing.....I know they want to get people to get their total up. The better the rank the better position you have on the board when it's time for new stadium seat selection. I came in at 81st.....ehh..... I knew I should have been buying basketball tickets!!!!! Just tough to make the games......I missed out on a bunch of points.

Put me in the "mean green" camp.....It has history and it's unique......Plus the brand recognition it brings is huge. Green shirt that says Eagles vs. green shirt that says Mean Green....... I'll take the Mean Green old but a good read college nickname article "56 universities use the nickname Eagles"

It sounded like they moved because he was ineligable to play in Oklahoma because he played at a school that was not in his district. They didn't go into that part of the story much as far as why he was playing in a different school in OK. I think the main issue was if his family had actually moved to Southlake or not. They followed his dad around with a camera and it sure didn't look like they had moved. Their house in OK had been listed, buy not until the reporter had started asking questions to the Southlake AD in August. The supposedly moved back in April. It looks to me like the AD filled out all the paperwork after getting all of the information from the family. I think the family was probably the ones who were the most misleading. You could say you are moving to Southlake, get a house, list your old house, and all the other requirements and then after you get all if the guideline boxes checked, "change your mind due to circumstances". Of course, there are two side to every story and the story was pretty biased that the AD was doing something shady when it looked like he was confused by the whole thing. I just think that investigative reporter on channel 8 comes across as a arrogant jerk......felt like kind of a shock journalism piece.......but having said that, the cards do seem to be against Southlake.

Don't forget there is quite a few definitions of "real" jerseys out there. A few years ago quite a few people bought the "real" jerseys and found out they fit quite a bit different than most people thought. We brought the jersey thing up to Rick V. during a podcastt a month back. I'd be willing to bet that next year you wil see something closer to what you are looking for.... Gmg
