Well, let's watch the game on Saturday and tune in Sunday for announcement. We will know if RV screwed the pooch by Monday night.

First, if WE had that schedule we would be crying so hard before the season. It's a pretty tough schedule. Secondly, if they beat #1 Clemson, handily, they will receive a LOT of votes. I think if the voters have to choose between Mich. St., Florida, Ohio St., and UNC, then UNC has a chance. Small, but they do have a chance.

#allbannerlivesmatter It is unbelievable to me that someone would fly a banner supporting the atrocity that is RV because he does not have good results. Sure, he was AD while many raised money for him to build buildings. However, a GOOD AD could foster the same building of buildings and run a successful, or at least moderate, sports program. RV is not capable of running a successful sports program; thus, he must go. All that being said, it's great that fans are passionate enough to fund banners. To those concerned about the $1000: that's a bar bill for some. They can fund a banner, fund scholarships, etc. Don't worry about the money, celebrate the passion. I'm glad to see both banners discussed and the most appropriate banner actually fly. I must have taken 50 pictures of that beautiful banner....and I'll happily contribute to another...assuming it further contributes to the relocation of the UNT RV. Go Mean Green. Let's get a damn good coach in here that can recruit and work with what we have...and let's fly more banners.

Honestly, he must be getting nervous and betting on the "Les Miles approach." He's hoping a show of support from his "fans" trumps his terrible and unacceptable record and poor AD decision making. The heat must be rising in the kitchen. Les Miles, of course, had a good record and the fans supported him; thus, the admin kept him. If this banner does fly, and it is funded by the crypt keeper himself, it will be par for the course as it will show you his willingness to deceive and his level of greed...and unfortunately with no surprise to anyone, the admin may just buy it. It's come to this. I'll pitch in on the counter banner.

I heard a coach up at the U say "If we win against Portland State, every one of our haters can stick it!" I'm sure in was in jest, but Really? If we win against a DII team then we can tell people off...with just one win? What say you? Are we headed in the right direction if we beat Portland State? Better yet, can you stomach RV and DMac say, "We are not there yet but with the resolve our players showed this week we are headed in the right direction"? I say there is only one way out of here and that is up...we are ranked near the bottom of the barrel! Let's clean house and start over. Good grief!
