It was a defensive holding call. IIRC, it resulted in the ball being on the 3 due to a half the distance penalty (from the 6). If it would have been pass interference, I think it would have gone on the 1. At the time, I thought it might be a significant difference. Turns out that it was.

DT seems to be throwing better spirals and less wounded ducks. He does have some overthrows, but none have hit the wall yet and I'd rather overthrow than underthrow. I liked that we tried some long passes against USM. Seemed like a good chance to get some practice w/o much risk of a loss. I'd like to see him get some work in the next games whenever we have things under control instead of going into complete conservative mode.
