Update: Ulnaers won this weeks challenge tour by 5 shots. This netted 32k euros ( a little under 40k dollar). That should get him an immediate upgrade so he can play at least on that tour this year.
Cazaubon finished 10th on the PGA Latinoamerica this week. That didn't really move the needle much.
Accepting the trophy

Cozy .. Holds 5K. Rumor is that to avoid issues with the NCAA's 15K policy they will be hiring the firm that takes attendance at SMU home games

No. Only position coaches (and I think there is/was a limit on how many of them can).
Unlimited recruitment is only allowed at P5 schools 😈

So the main person still there is the one who seems to be tearing everything apart (Voulgaris)? Can Cuban fire himself?

All while Luka is away? Gotta think our boy wonder has had some input here. I'm a huge Rick fan so this one hurts.
Maybe not. He is a big supporter of Nelson. Could be interesting when he gets back

I think it’s clear - if you are a high school player and perform at a G5 you will be targeted by high level conference schools. It’s really sad because tampering is against the rules but the NCAA is scared to death to do anything about it.
The NCAA will not do anything to P5 conferences for fear they will leave the NCAA (which is going to happen anyway)
-
This is turning into a small window of opportunity for G5 schools to pick up HS players a little higher caliber than they might ordinarily have been able to. The question becomes will those players stay or transfer out?

Could be true, could be BS. Unfortunately, the Atlantic story is paywalled.
Someone tell me if this is much more than sports gossip.
EDIT: That last request is about the Voulgaris story. Not sure this means much

Seems it has a lot to do with Haralabos Voulgaris (Cuban's professional gambler turned team expert)
By-the-way

I know you (the downvote) are most likely being and ass that hides in anonymity, but why downvote a simple question? Would be so nice is the mods were not afraid that letting us see who uses what "vote" would limit their clicks.

The idiots at the NCAA always knew this would happen .... but then there was a problem
They thought it would be P5 programs grabbing the top players from G5 and FCS and they were OK with that. Then something else happened; P5 programs are poaching other 55 programs. There are programs who have full time staff dedicated to looking for transfers (any way they can). They are reaching out to players and saying we will start you! Coaches are feeling the pressure to try and play new players so they don't look elsewhere and also having to worry about upperclassmen who in the past would stay for depth when a new "star" would come in, but now look elsewhere.

Easy to forecast that the conference strength pecking order will change often among the G5.
I still think UNT should grow some family jewels, copy 🐸 TCU; that is, remove itself from all the conglomeration of schools who TCU removed itself from & then try to gain admittance to the MWC. 4 from CUSA West Division going westward would be fine, too.
❇️🦅❇️Maybe it's time instead of trying to switch conferences constantly we just focus on being the best program we can be

You can bet they will try to get Notre Dame or BYU in that slot before a G5.
If the top-six conference champions get in then BYU or Notre Dame join a conference or they will not get in through one of the 6 conference Championship slots. They can get into one of the other six at larges

Just wondering how the DL from UTEP (2nd Team CUSA) is ahead of Novil?

Along this line I wonder how often a player who might be considered on of their schools greatest players transfers out? Should a player who finishes their career at another school be in a schools HOF? Things like this make me appreciate Mason more and more.
