i think he said 8..but i could be wrong....its been a long day lof traning and im pooped...he didnt say if it was a new fee or just rasing the old fee....i also forgot to mention....RV said that whle he is AD here, no student will ever have to pay to get into any sporting event....even at the new stadium! i liked that even though ill probly be gone by the time itrs built!

RV came in and talked to us about athletics today at our opening breakfast of RA traning....thier was about 200 people in attendence incluing about 150 students...talked about all sports and said we are #1 in Title IX in the country which is a great improvement over being second to last in 2001....and of course he talked about the new stadium and took students questions...one person asked how confident RV was about us having the stadium open by 2010....he said he is hoping to be playing in a new stadium by sometime in 2010 but it may not be ready when the season opens...ober all it was a good talk and the students seemed overwhelmingly FOR the stadium. I was glad to atleast see RV our thier and getting the word and correct facts out. he also said the fee increse would likely be to 8$/an hour.... Hope this stadium happens! woo....post # 150!

add a picture of the NEW stadium to it and it might make our vote pass better!

ya i got the job last week, really excited, have really wanted to be an RA and the fact that i got Victory, with it being right next to the fields and the AC made it even greater! ive never been so pumped to get back to school, plus the fact that i quit my job at wal-mart means i no longer leave campus on weekends and can see every fooball game this year! G....M....G! I might just make every resident i have to put up a poster in thier room!...j/k...wish i could though. but my residents will be well informed on why they should vote for a new stadium!...i know housing is behind the Athletic department 100% U....N....T....Eagles.....UNT Eagles Fight! Fight! Fight! p.s i like eagles much better then mean green, but thats just my opinion....

Im really excited about or Women's Basketball Team this year and in the future......Coach Stephans really knows whats shes doing recruiting wise...hopefully shes as good with the team on the court!

I didnt go as i was in Dallas getting ready to leave at 6 am for Talgating for the Pats VS Cowgirls Game......the Pats game ruled...but i missed the best UNT play of the year in the only home game i didnt go to.....
