The last two games have featured big men from the opposing team that can both drive and shoot from the outside. Allen for UTSA had his way with us. The guy from Rice with the ugly shot did the same. We have fared well against true post players. I think the versatile big man gives us some match-up problems.

Danny Kaspar turning things around in San Marcos. Their guard, Nigel Pearson, is fun to watch.

I don't. I think keeping Allante would have been more beneficial to the team. Lawson was a me first guy and Holston would have played his role. Having said that I'm very happy with the squad the way it is.

Nothing is certain in the league this year. UTSA shat the bed against MUTS last night. MUTS was 3-12 coming into the game. So we are tied for 2nd with Ballsack. I also watched FAU/Marshall last night. Both of those teams are going to very tough. I wouldn't be surprised if the league champ ended up with 5 to 6 conference losses.
