I really hope when new stadiums are build that have a similar design of Apogee to keep a nice uniform look.

Well, I think the Giants showed last year what to do with a great hitting lineup. Thats why I like this move because it is making the pitching so much better and in the playoffs that is the single most important thing. When you compare teams now I think the Red Sox have a slight advantage over the Rangers when it comes to hitting. However rotation and bullpen I have to go with the Rangers and I think that will prove advantageous come playoffs. First thing to worry about is separation from LA or this becomes moot.

In a matter of two days Rangers bullpen goes from average to one of the best. Just completed a deal for Mike Adams by sending away to highly touted prospects in Joe Wieland and Robbie Erlin. Ranger big reliever move might be in the works. According to Evan Grant and MLB Rumors.com rangers will trade Chris Davis and Tommy Hunter for Koji Uehara. I can not find anything on Tobe signing with Kansas City. I checked their roster and transaction page and it had nothing. Hopefully it just happened and they did not have time to update it.

I was driving home tonight around 9:30 and noticed that the stadium lights were fully lit. So I pulled into the athletic center parking lot and saw that it was packed I then found a parking spot right in front of the stadium and walked through the open gates to see a field full of football players and the lower section filled with what I assume to be parents. Definitely high school players, I did not notice any Mean Green players. However, I did notice that Mac was there in his shades and I also spotted Chico. It was nice to see some action on a lit field, albeit I caught the very end of the workout. Anyone have an idea what this was?

I just got back from the store it is a lot smaller than I thought. I had no problem with the selection, there was a Nike Golf shirt that caught my eye but didn't want to pony up $60 so I settled for the Nike hat the was pictured in a previous thread. I talked to the nice lady working the counter and she said they are still in transition and that they will be getting more stuff soon. All I can say though is I am glad we switched to Nike. All of the Nike gear there was top of the line. Good stuff!
