There have already been several "who do you want to play?" threads. This isn't about our preference, we're playing in a New Year's Day bowl game in Dallas.......just quit being a kill-joy.

Completely agree. At the beginning of the season there was a poll that said something along the lines of "would you rather lose to UTSA and go to a bowl or beat UTSA and sit at home", I picked the bowl game in a heart beat and most on here did too. I hate that after the last nine years we have fans that would complain about our bowl game opponent. I've got a bottle of wine that I bought about 5 years ago that my wife and I said we'd drink the next time we go to a bowl game, we're gonna drink it tonight!

I agree about Mac not caring about his QB 4-5 years from now, plus playing DW (or any true freshman) gives him more credibility on the recruiting trail when he tells a kid about early playing time. If we win, recruiting should improve and we may have younger players pass some of this year's players on the depth chart anyway.
