  1. Oh, I do too, but the hamstring injury left him behind DT and AM. I think he was in Canales hip pocket for a reason today, to learn the offense.
  2. Should have, but you don't get to when you are third string
  3. Canales was on the White sideline.
  4. Good points Cooley. Berglund's ability to escape pressure is almost uncanny.
  5. I enjoyed the game. A Spring Game is what it is, so I don't read too much into it. I sat by Kenny Buyers father. He likes the team compared to last year. I thought McNulty looked the best at QB by far. DT looked the same to me. I am a fan of his but his footwork is still an issue and he is inconsistent. He made some great throws, looked off DB's and then would throw one in the ground. McNulty was elusive and threw a nice looking ball. I saw one bad throw that missed a wide open WR, but outside of that he looked pretty darn good. Not much running in the game so not much to report there. Chancellor, Harris, Smith and Terrell looked good at WR. Excited about next season.
  6. This hits the nail on the head. He potentially was the best player ever at NT but didn't live up to that potential in my opinion. If he did, he would have dominated the Sunbelt.
  7. 4 malls! That's should secure a spot in the conference.
  8. Welcome back to the Big XII (11, 10, or whatever it is). You should finish middle of the pack for years to come.
  9. Wonder if you get free foot surgery with the purchase of some UA cleats?
  10. Serious question, is it the culture, or the state putting limitations on the amount of our athletic fee and how it could be spent?
  11. The people out here in West Texas drive to Lubbock during the season. This was a way to bring the team to the fans, and allow the university to bring alums together which leads to donations. Some of you are in such a negative state of mind that you want to turn anything remotely positive into a negative. Worried about attendance, then invite every single coach from the Dallas ISD and the surrounding communities and leave the doors open for fans. Anybody that comes that doesn't normally make the drive to Denton for the games might become interested. This is the main problem with NT. We say we want to be a big boy, we talk about how cool it is that 60,000 show up for Alabama's or Nebraska's spring game and then we won't make the effort to travel less than a mile. It is about exposure.
  12. Appears to be the same young man considering his jersey says Oak Ridge and he is from Oak Ridge, TN. http://www.kilgore.edu/basketball_team.html
  13. Well, all I can say is this is one good reason for Romney not getting elected.
  14. Maybe a room of eleven would be more effective than the caravan or a fan board. http://untsystem.edu/regents/profiles.htm
  15. True, but 7,000 showed up and there is big money in Midland.
  16. Saw that on ESPN. Brought a tear to my eyes. Nothing short of awesome.
