  1. Hopefully the AD puts some strength and condition into the entire game day experience
  2. After listening to some stories, especially from TCU players - The Strength and Conditioning Coach I understand the importance of his coordinators, but we need to find a game changer for S&C
  3. Guess this is one way to get enough 6 win teams for all the Bowls 🤦‍♂️ https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/35216756/atlantic-sun-wac-teams-pairing-move-fbs-sources-say
  4. When can we start changing out? Would think it would be great for the recruits coming in.
  5. When a UNT fan stopped @TheReal_jayDat Lowes
  6. So they are just wanting to make sure they are all in agreement and the new AD can say no, or is it just a case of rubber stamping?
  7. Per footballscoop.com North Texas: We're told Eastman & Beaudine is handling the Mean Green's AD search while Parker Executive Search is handling the coaching search. North Texas aims to hire an AD first -- by the end of the week, ideally -- before zeroing in on the football search.
  8. Since we will be playing them, this is interesting. UAB: Sione Ta'ufo'ou is expected to be Trent Dilfer's defensive coordinator, per multiple reports. He's spent the past decade with Dilfer, including at Lipscomb Academy (TN) the past three years.
  9. Per footballscoop.com Sources confirm that former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has reportedly emerged as a finalist for the Stanford job, along with Sacramento State (FCS) head coach Troy Taylor.
  10. My least favorite team, but I will pull for JD
  11. Agree, but a lot of these players talk to their old HS coaches when they are looking for a new school.
  12. So Wren is going to a school where the fanbase might want a HC change even more than the fanbase here did.
  13. UIW and Lamar backing out has left the WAC in a mess. Would not be surprised to see the WAC and the ASUN officially merge in football.
  14. Brohm appears heading back to his hometown, where he starred at Louisville Trinity (KY) before playing at Louisville, and later serving as assistant head coach and offensive coordinator for the program in the early-to-mind 2000s.
  15. Most Head coaches are only as good as the pieces they are able to put around them. I hope whoever the HC is they leave enough in the budget to get the level of support staffing we need to compete at the top of the American.
  16. It looks like this is the job he has wanted . It was offered last time, but he felt that he had not been at Purdue long enough to move.
  17. Could it be he is waiting to see if his buddy Wren makes a move at WVU?
