Will there be any other walk-on for the start of Fall Practice or is this just done in the Spring? Also very few player that walk-on stay with the team. Is this correct?

Let offer Quinn a ship. We need some OL with the recent injuries to some key players.

He is that big DT that was with the team last summer and probably would had started last year but lost out because of grades

Has anybody heard if "Big Cat' is going to be a part of the team? Somebody mentioned in a thread that he passed all his classes.

Harry, can you fill me in on Gary Qubue I remember last year he was the rave of the new guys and then I've read that he fell out of favor from some individuals on this board? Who is guard Glass that you mentioned, I don't recall his name?

I am the first person to graduate from NT in 1981 and I lived in McConnell Hall from 1978 to 1981.

Will there be new walk-ons when practice start Monday? If anyone of you know please post something about these players.

There was a great article in the San Antonio Express News on Wednesday Feb 1. Thomas Lotts was recruited in 1975 and told about all the recruiting trips he had but it got old after awhile. Barry Swither who recruited him slept in the living room crouch near the phone in Lotts home so no other school could come in an recruit him. Things have changed in three decades however there will still be some improprieties(SP) in recruting.

I had never heard that Joe Greene's boys played football at NT. I remember seeing one of the boys in an Alumni magazine but I would like to hear more about their playing time.
