    I'm with you on this one. If sales look a little soft mid-week just give a bunch to local peewee teams or middle/high schoolers. They'll come, buy some nachos, and maybe some of them will become fans of the local team.

    10 votes seems low, but the perception of our team, our opponents, and our conference are so bad it's going to be a while before we even crack the "just out" part of the receiving votes category.

    My sophomoric hot take is if CUSA is going to survive and become more competitive in football, UTEP/Rice/ODU/Charlotte need to just go away. Poach Troy and App St. from the SunBelt. But hopefully UNT gets a lifeline from another conference that becomes someone else's problem.

    It's hard to say now, but that VT game is clearly a flash in the pan. New FBS teams add nothing to a conference, especially one that's already struggling, I don't care what anyone says to the contrary.

    Rain would be a worst case scenario as we need butts in seats. We have a core of about 10k people that'll show up rain or shine. Most UNT students, casual fans, alumni will only come out given perfect conditions at this point.

    34 sounds about right, and our top 25 vote total will probably fall in that same area. Conference USA is such garbage

    The team is 4-0, playing great football, and LaTech is a quality opponent. If the weather is good, attendance will be on par with the SMU game. Hopefully so, because I'm bringing my friend from Maryland who doesn't have any CFB expierence.

    Got a little ugly at the end of the 2nd, but its 21-7 and we receive. The play calling needs to improve to keep our defense off the field. Also, I've muted the sound on the broadcast. This is a ESPN3 "production", aren't the announcers supposed to pretend that they're impartial? It's getting annoying.
