Regardless...how many guys goof off and do the same thing (basically try to emulate hard-core rap when hanging with their friends)? I've seen everyone from preppy white frat boys to guys who actually did grow up in the ghetto do it plenty of times...regardless of the language used, it's not like he ran around campus doing it or physically did something. If it's true that a teammate posted it, I'd hope that Stoops would have a talk with him about publicly endangering teammates' careers, reputations, etc. Again, if he was just doing this around friends and not out around "the public", it seems reasonable to believe that he thought he was safe and among friends...isn't that when most kids (and people in general) feel safe doing something stupid? When they figure no one else will see?

True, but that's a lot of cholesterol. The calories aren't the problem. Sounds like my wrestling diet. I was one of the few that wrestled up two weight classes instead of down two, so when the other guys split a salad on the road, I'd have 7 cheeseburgers and a milkshake.

I agree...from a "state pride" perspective, it sucks, but it does bring in more bucks. And I, too, would love a UNT Arizona plate.

Interesting...I wonder if, as FBS teams get closer to a level of parity and don't NEED money games as badly, prices of money games go up. Does anybody think that maybe that's why we're getting more now? Non-BCS schools are bringing in more fans, more money, and more good players, so the big boys have to *ahem* "pony up" more cash for us to play them?

Hahah that's funny...when I was in high school and everybody (but me) had a pager, we were at McDonald's and one went off. My friend and both of his friends all checked theirs like the cool guys they were and I said, "Don't worry, it's me." My friend looked at me like I was retarded and said, "You don't even have a pager." I said, "I know. It's the gadget phone!" Then I talked into my fingers like Insp. Gadget and said, "What, Chief? Just grabbed some from Wal-Mart down the street. Got 2 of the $100 version. Turns out they weren't able to keep shipping up to demand levels, so lots of regions in and out of the US don't have any...you might wanna make money now before they catch up on their shipments...

I think the two might end up being a great tandem because... As Riley helps Vizza keep developing the spread offense, Vizza will help Riley learn more about college-level stuff that he picked up in his first year. I'm not saying this will necessarily impact playing time or anything, but I bet in the long run this combo will be great and will help both of them learn more...and learn faster.

I voted for Baylor. They've had a rough time for a while, and they're in the Big 12, and they have a new coach...I could go on and on. I figure most schools will decide pretty quickly as far as that list is concerned...including SMU, because I expect Jones to try to make a quicker choice than a lot of coaches would. But I bet Baylor...man, they might switch out all year trying to figure it out. I don't see why we're even on that list, when we already have a starter named. Now, for us, it's the same as everybody...the other guys might take over at some point, but we've got #1 named already.

I wa on ebay checking out different stuff related to the Dark Knight. The Joker's Thug, from the bank scene, is selling like crazy. There are like 4 or 5 versions and the one that comes with the mask the Joker wore (that looks like a clown with 5 o'clock shadow) is selling for 100 freaking bucks. There are some rare Batman variants selling well too, but I know I've seen the others around so if you're in Wal-Mart or whatever, try to find one, you'll make about 900% profit. The Joker is selling for $30, which isn't bad either. The other "thugs" with different masks sell for about $20-40. They retail at about 11.00. Just thought you guys might wanna know...hell, find a few of that one guy and that's rent money...
