    What would be an acceptable defensive performance to you, right now? Specifically, what has the defense done wrong? I honestly do not see a complaint about our defense, so I'm very curious to see what you say.

    I tend to agree with this. I think he is completely overwhelmed right now. First career start in this position is tough. Hopefully a week off can do wonders for him. I think its clear he is still better than Mac.

    We might be watching a different game. But the defense I have seen has only given up 28 despite playing against a good team, with terrible field position, minimal rest on the sidelines, hostile atmosphere, etc. This could be a lot worse if it were not for our defense.

    Understandable to have severe nerves in this situation. However, I would hope that they would start going away by now.

    My guess should be Souza. I think there was an inside sabotage. But really, Travis Bush, their OC, seems in over his head. Their offense looked like this a times last year.

    UH fans are absolutely shocked as they should be. Losing is one thing, but their performance last night was dreadful. I keep up with their program and a lot of fans and media thought they had a chance to run the table.
