Guess that is why Eastern Washington is tearing it up on the recruiting trail. Closer to home, Baylor did not start winning until Briles arrived. That success sllowed them yo start varying their uniforms. Same with Okie State. Texas Tech, on the other hand, tolls out every conceivable combination of Black, Red, Whitd and Grey and still, outside of one year, are consistentlly middle of the road in conference.

Yes, and I don't recall either of them being the "Big Catch" at the time. Thank goodness that star system is so accurate.

I agree. I would also use black to outline the numbers on the current uniforms. Keep the black, make slight adjustments to the current green and white uniforms and put the eagle on the helmet. Still want bird poop helmet stickers.

Arm strength doesn't worry me as much as protecting the ball. Wuerful (sp?), Applegate, Wlash, etc... did not have fantastic arms yet won at the D1 level. Shoot, Scott Hall's arm strength was suspect and he is everyone's favorite.

I think it us great that UNT, the DCTA and the CVB are finally joining forces. This will be a great service.

Good program at Navasota. They usually have a couple good athletes per class.
