    I believe there are a couple of players out who the team is relying on to be big contributors this year. Who are they and when are they expected to return? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe one of them is the young lady we signed out of California and the other one had an "occurence" to take care of (or is this the same person). Thanks in advance for the help.

    No, he's a UT guy. All I can think of is Helwig when he was AD. Our last big UT hire. The man who put orange and blue in our logo.

    I was wearing my North Texas Football sweat shirt two weeks ago at my boys' baseball game. Elderly couple (early 80’s) sees me walking up the stands and the man says, "North Texas is doing pretty good this year". We talk for about five minutes and he's very knowledgeable about our program, so I asked him, "Where did you go to school?" He replied, "Boston College". I shrugged my shoulders and said "cool" and went on my way.

    I know this kid. I coach his cousin in youth football and he has come out and watched some of our games. Great kid and a great motor on the field. I'd love to get him. If we vote for him does that mean TCU will now offer him?

    My initial reaction was we played hard but not smart. Too many turnovers and allowing 53 percent plus (believe the horrible announcer stated as so) from field is not going to get it done. Still waiting to see the commitment to d show up on the court.

    Funny thing is there is not a single thread on the first page about these a-holes except for mentioning their trash talking. Hell, we were even cheering for them last week. In the big scheme of things, they're an after thought. They can go kick rocks! Must be something ingrained with fans from schools that start with UT!

    I love Coach's drive to get attendance up and he needs to keep it going. But, the bottom line is it didn't get this way overnight and it won't be fixed in 8 games. Keep it going though.

    As I mentioned earlier, has slot receiver written all over him but I'm sure he's being recruited as an ATH. I'm glad to see a kid who produced at the highest level of high school being rewarded. Tightening the DeSoto pipeline doesn't hurt. Desmon, welcome to the family!

    FYI, Troy Redwine was 6' to 6'1". I went man-to-man with him everyday of practice!

    Amazing this kid does not have 1 FBS offer. This is all due to his size. Looks like a great slot receiver to me with his quickness.

    Our current away uniform is not bad, but I can't stand the green on green on green at home. I love the throwbacks worn on Saturday and will take the striped pants and jersey every game. I'm not crazy about about the sea foam green of our current home unis. As for the scripting on the helmets, I understand why it was first used but never been a fan.

    That's the same thing I heard. Also, she can play the 1, 2, 3 or 4 but most likely the 2 & 3.

    I love stir crazy. One of my favorite movies of all time and started the black/white dual comedies. Love the first scene with Grossbeger!

    I love AA but Hardman recorded 38 sacks his senior year and was a first round draft pick (9th overall pick). There is nobody even close. If you include unofficial sacks (those before 1982), he is SF all-time sack leader.
