I'm afraid next yr is going to be more the same unless we can find some dlineman... and not having Cobbs is going to hurt A LOT. I'm not as optimistic as I was for this season.

It can happen... ask UCF. 0-11 last year to 8-4 this year. Also UCF has had football for less than 5 years if I'm not mistaken.

I'm fine with DD except acouple things: His teams get penalized way too much. His negative comments on NATIONAL radio shows. Bad mouthing of the fans. Terrible out of conference record. ----- It seems he doesn't want to be at NT.

3,000 or 4,000 of that 23,000 for the Tulsa game came out to see Patrick and Jmo in the same backfield.... after seeing the terrible performance a lot of them won't be back. Winning will only bring them back. And I'm not talking about Sun Belt wins.

Not completely true... In 2a Holiday Tx they just remodeled the stadium and built a new field house with locker rooms/offices/meeting room and they have a school that is falling apart. Just last year their gym practically fell apart in 50mph winds. A lot of people are angry in the town from what I've heard. Why not build new school first then deal with the athletics side of things?

Tulsa game... we had 23,000.

Not bad... If we could have BEAT Tulsa and played Kstate close I believe we could have averaged 20,000 this yr. I hope all of those people that showed up to the Tulsa game come back for the SMU game next season.

After some more thought.... put Byerly at defensive end. He is bigger and probably stronger than the people we have at defensive end now.

I would love to see Byerly at Fullback... our current Fullback is to small.

The point is.... should a HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL STADIUM be worth more than the ENTIRE high school. NO.

I usually hate Texas more than any other team (besides Texas Tech) but this is one game I will be rooting for the Longhorns. USC deserves a beating. That cocky smirk needs to be knocked off.

Atleast they don't have to deal with Michael Boley.

Wasn't talking about the stadium... the endzone complex rivals the one at NT, might even be alittle better.
