i saw RV there last week. man, RV must love himself some LSA burgers. i think DCHC made a better burger, but the atmosphere at LSA can't be beat. very cool for denton. the old DCHC is hanging on the ceiling as your go to the back staircase.

CMJ, I did a search of the forum and couldn't find TTG's post about possible Benford issues. I only found a post about Monarch's hire. Can you link or summarize it? It would be an interesting read.

The infographic wasn't absent of defensive stats. Rebounds included both offense and defense and steals and blocks are both defensive stats. I also posted in this thread the difference in defense ratings. However, all that being said, statistics are clearly not going to change the perception of Benford on the board and, strangely, according the TheTastyGreek, neither will wins.

Great thread Travis. I went to Sam Houston Elementary, the Selwyn School, and Denton High School. I tried to escape Denton by going to the University of Tennessee. Couldn't stay away. I finished my BBA in Finance at UNT in 2006. I will be receiving my MBA from UNT in December. I guess you could say I really [heart] denton!

yeah, i remember that game. it was benford's second game here and he had yet to figure out what Mitchell was all about. (answer: himself) EDIT: UAH was 25-6 last year.

to me that is a sign that competition is higher and though we are statistically better, the level we need to be at is higher.

wasn't thinking i would convince, that job is solely on Benford's shoulders. i am merely trying to highlight that, statistically, benford's first year was not significantly different than what Jones was bringing.
