Do we know if it will be shown on a big screen, or several small ones?

Everyone in Fayetteville was very hospitable. A policeman even stopped traffic to let us turn into the Baum parking lot when we asked for some directions. We had several fans thank us for coming and told us to have a safe trip home. One gentleman apologizedto us because we lost! I agree it is a beautiful campus from what little we saw and a great football atmosphere. Didn't make it to the tailgate. We decided it was best to park and take the shuttle.

I'm with you EagleChick03. I don't like the white helmets either.

We're going. Section 112, row 7, seats 15 & 16. We've never been to Fayetteville. How early should we plan on getting there? We are staying in Fort Smith, so will stop at the hotel there first. I understand it's about an hour from there to UA. I looked at campus maps trying to figure out where to park. Any advice? See you Saturday.

One other thing I have noticed is the fans are MUCH rowdier at away games. We've gone to several away games where our smaller NT group yelled their heads off for the most part. Is it easier to get a smaller crowd to respond? Or is it because those there are hard core MG fans? Also noticed the cheerleaders need help in knowing when to cheer and when not to. By the way, I stand up a lot and I yell, LOUDLY! Section D, Row 12, seats 29-32. See you in Arkansas.

We're in the new Marriott Courtyard in Fort Smith. About an hour from Fayetteville, but an hour closer on the return trip Sunday! Anyone know anything about the parking situation at UA? I got the tailgate info in the mail, but that's it.

Seatbacks like in Ford are a must!

The Green Brigade looked great (loved the caps) and sounded even better! Was also very impressed with the drumline outside the stadium before the game. Our UNT dancers are real dancers, not some hs drill team (and I am a former drill team mom). Great halftime performances from all!

Thanks for the info, perunapower.

Does anyone know if you can take in stadium chairs at Ford? Or if they rent seat backs like OU? See you later!

It probably has something to do with age. We really weren't around any of the younger fans, just the "over the hill" type. Also, nobody will talk smack with an old lady!

Some more compliments for the OU fans. All were very nice and talked about neat things in the area to see (museums, etc,) while we stood in line for the shuttle. Also, after the game as we were walking to catch the shuttle an older OU fan remarked to us that North Texas has really good fans! I also heard some complements for Truman Spencer. During the game, an OU fan behind us remarked we had a better punter than they did.
Looking forward to visiting Ford Stadium Saturday!

I read in today's online NT Daily that they will be at OU and SMU.

Just got in from a run across the Red River visiting in-laws. We're in sec 35, row 29, seats 17 and 18. (Yes, my husband is an Okie! This is the one game he is not allowed to be an ou fan.)

Green Crazy, you actually have seats 27 and 28. 32 is on the aisle across from E and seat numbers go down 32, 31, 30, 29, 28, 27 etc. See you in September!

Did they have any of the Sink Navy shirts at the cookout? I looked but didn't see any. I definitely want to get my hands on a couple.

Section D, row 12, seats 29-32. We're on the aisle right across from section E, just below SilverEagle. Flanagan jumped over me to "talk" to him.

Somebody mentioned stickers at Football 101 and our equipment manager kind of grimaced and said they would make his job much harder. I think that was probably a "no" to helmet stickers.

What GreenBlooded1 said!!! I sat across from her and next to Dr. Bataille. Where else would I have that opportunity! I'll be there every year!!

Well, now you've gone and done it, UNTflyer. You've gone and insulted a lot of very knowledgeable ladies. Just because we didn't play, doesn't mean we "don't know anything about football!" I spent my teenage years in Abilene, TX where you know football is a way of life and I've been a football junkie for 40+ years. Please keep your generalizations to yourself in the future! (I do forgive you.)
See you at the Cookout.
