or wait for info from the school. I doubt a 4:30 game on a Thursday will sell out.

I'd wager against that. This game will be a sellout.

Would like to know what side we are on

It doesn't matter. The stadium will be 98% green.

SMU played 11 more players than us.  The only area I am concerned about is depth in the secondary.

True for injuries in the secondary, not normal play. You’ll see extremely high snap counts for the secondary even in the NFL. It’s unusual to see much rotation amongst secondary other than rolling out different packages.

You all have no idea about a lot of stuff and it is quite amusing.  The best one will play and that’s the way it should be and nobody that is posting on this board will have any control over it.

Nu-uh. You have no idea about a lot of stuff and it's even more amusing.

I would like to see Air Force and Colorado State along with the boring private schools of Tulsa and Tulane. These maneuvers take a dynamic and charismatic commissioner….soooo yeah. 🥲

I've seen Colorado State thrown out there in several scenarios and I can't figure out why. They have a nice new stadium but everything else about them is mid-tier MWC.

I think we hosted an opening round if I’m correct? I swear it was against ULL

We hosted the Sun Belt tournament in 2005. We bowed out in the first round losing to Arkansas State.

So this is the 3rd time a tournament has been hosted at the Pit? I guess if you count the CBI.

It will actually be #4. Everybody forgets we hosted the Southland tournament in ‘88 and ‘89. We won the regular season both years and back then the conference champion hosted the tournament.

There are 9 games that week and one is played Thursday night. So there are a grand total of 8 games that Saturday and we get streaming only. That is a failure of galactic proportions.  There are literally more networks that carry college football than there are games...and we get streaming.

I was wrong. There are only six games that Saturday. Six.

Way more options than just ESPN.
ESPN2, ESPNU, ABC, Fox, FSSW, FS1, etc...
Streaming only is disappointing, but apt I guess, considering we flopped hard last year, lost Mason Fine, and we're playing a FCS school...
