UNT has 110 years of football history with a 47K in student body in 2023. Hundred thousands in alumni and we only came up with 17,354 at out home game with an instate rival on a perfect football weather day.
Out of those 110 years how many years did North Texas have a winning record. The answer to that is the reason why we can’t fill a stadium. Since 1953 North Texas has had 27 winning seasons ( with a lot of 6-5 seasons)
Last bowl victory was in 2002
Last conference championship 2004
I don’t know where you think these fans are hiding when we haven’t had reasons to come to games.

SMU 21-0 in the first quarter
35-7 by half time
52-28 after some garbage time points.

Does anyone have any sort of record or feelings about wins and losses with each color jersey? I don't like the black jersey either but maybe we win more games wearing it.
We are 0-2 In grey Jerseys

The NCAA keep reminding colleges why ultimately they’re not needed and only serve as a hindrance

What's cool about UCLA football? They haven't won a bowl game since 2014 and haven't won the PAC-12 since 1998.
I agree! Hahaha. But they got a long history of winning, it’s a name brand…people want to be seen at a UCLA tailgate and in the stadium and at the end of the day they still do post a winning record more often than not.

Seriously, a hike? Many schools can only dream of our stadium and athletic facilities setup, with even more land still available.
UCLA beat Colorado with 71,000 fans Saturday, their largest crowd in several years. Their stadium is 26 miles from campus. Somehow a few of the students even managed to get there. How, why?
Because it’s cool to go to these games.

No. We are not. I'm sure he's under a 1 year deal. We are not stuck with anyone other than Morris.
Is he? Or is Morris going to stick with “his” guy

Nah. We’re stuck with him

This offense continues to be brilliant. Now and then, we shoot ourselves in the foot, but we will be able to hang with anyone punch for punch.
I know some of you don’t like moral victories, but losing by less than a TD total to arguably the two best teams in the conference is a definite something to hang your hat on. We’re a tier below, and this is what we will suffer through until the staff makes the necessary corrections within themselves to do their jobs better or find others that will. It’s great to see this effort and performance by those kids, but it still sucks to lose.Morris is going to lose the locker room if he keeps losing games like that.

I triple dog dare anyone to defend this coaching staff now.
I think they’re ready to sign Morris to an extension.

Stop it. I stand by what I stated. This board is insufferable during games.
It’s a fan board. 🤨😂

All of you that constantly bitch and complain and quit watching our team, thank goodness you aren’t playing. This team, yes, frustrating at times, never, ever quits and that is a testament to the very coaching staff you all criticize.
Stop it. Games not over and I’m not in the mood for moral victories this week

Garbage time points just to make the final score not as bad. Seen this before and I’m not getting my hopes up.

Yea because losing to McNeese state and eastern Louisiana was just the peak of football…. Oh or getting blown out by Sam Houston. Or simply not being able to compete the likes of cal poly and UC Irvine. Yes losing to a top 25 school by a touchdown and navy by 3 and getting to play teams like Cal and then Memphis at home…. That’s just so awful…..
Why not both? 😅

Our only hope is that the Memphis offense gets so exhausted from scoring so much that they start to slow it down.
