Do you think alot of these close wins will turn into 10-15 point wins once Kendrick Davis returns? I don't think you can underestimate the loss of your best player.

I think if they can add an effective Harold Edwards to the mix, the team could be real dangerous. I noticed he hadn't played much this year, but had a real effective game tonight. If you could add Edwards alongside of Sturns off the bench. That could be a real boon to the bench production alongside Quincy Williams. Do you all think he may get a bit more playing time coming up? I know he was highly thought of coming out of High School. I was hoping he hadn't fallen in Johnnie's doghouse.

Who's going to be there tomorrow. I'm hoping for a good showing from the Mean green faithful. Might not be as big of a crowd that close to Thanksgiving.

He definitely won't redshirt though. If he comes back on schedule, the team will still have 10-15 games left. I don't know about you, but I would rather see him in the lineup if there is anything to play for.

I'm with you about your comments. I can't wait to see the newcomers added to the mix next year. It will be exciting to see some of the quarterbacks and dl and ol proseects take the next step to improve us among the elite in our league again. GMG

Just looking for ways to reach out to the Denton Communtiy that's all. I do agree the crowd was great. Nothing wrong with trying to increase the fan base and excitiement about UNT Sports

Yes thanks for setting me straight on my thoughts. I was excited to go to the game the other night, and I was thinking of things that might bring more people to the game. Alumni and students will definitely be the number one focus to try and bring to the game via Marketing. I was thinking with a city the size of Denton and growning, I wonder if there is Marketing plans in place to bring the Denton Community to the game. It seems that bringing in new fans from the area would be neat. Maybe I'm off on my thinking. What do you think? GMG

YEAH THE STUDENTS REALLY SHOWED UP WELL FOR THE GAME. I WAS THERE AND NOTICE THE ALUMNI REALLY NEED TO COME IN GREATER NUMBERS. THE ALUMNI APATHY WAS PRETTY EVIDENT. I could see where it would be hard to market the Denton community.

I think it's great he took the time to respond to the voices of the Mean green fans. His comments show he has a vision for the program. Just give it time and we will see great things. GMG

If Troy can get that many people, certainly we can. It just goes to show that UNT needs to market Denton area better to get their fans. There is no reason they shouldn't get 4-5,000 a game. This is from a population of about 100,000 in Denton.

They have a rack of North Texas t shirts at Albertsons near the mall. They are back near the baby section near the pharmacy. They're 2 for $10. You pay for what you get, but I think the grey ones are pretty sharp.

I agree Calvin, he seems to be producing in the times he plays. I saw him when I went to the Houston game. Maybe some solid play will convince Johnnie to give him some more pt?
