This is exactly what I was talking about in another thread. I really don't think this coaching job is completely his decision. It is all ruled by the higher ups....

Just like any other business, the one right above the person being replaced is not always the only one that gets to chime in their thoughts. Sometimes, the person right above get over-ruled.

But, we feel like we already have someone that is passionate and good at motivating.... That is our argument. Not necessarily anything against DMac... At least that is my argument.

Forgive me if this is a dumb comment - but do you guys think that this is completely RV's choice? I am thinking "they" (UNT) might not let him make this decision, bc his decision wasn't great last time... Like I said - might be dumb, but more of a question than comment, cause I could see "them" going both ways....

4) If the public didn't want a person with Mark Cuban's personality to be a public figure, they shouldn't have made him a public figure. I think he actually bought his way into being a public figure - so he should be responsible for himself.

You can say the same thing about bad calls when the Spurs lost to the Mavs. I am not saying that the Mavs wouldn't have won if the calls were 100% accurate, but there are bad calls throughout the NBA playoff series. The same thing can be said for all other professional/minor league/college/high school/peewee leagues. It is just how it goes. I am a die hard Spurs fan, so I wanted the Mavs to win for Avery, but hopefully it will come for Avery (hopefully just if he is coaching the Spurs)! I also think it is rather humorous that Shaq can now rub the Championship in the Lakers face. I guess they traded the wrong player. I know Wade was a big part, but I still think it is funny and i still hate the Lakers! I also really don't like Cuban. He is great for Dallas, but he is class-less when it comes to other cities and their citizens. How many times is he going to call SA and it's citizens trashy and dirty. He needs to be an adult and keep the trash talking (if he wants to go there) to basketball. GO SPURS AND GREEN GO! And I hope the Mavs and Spurs and everyother team beats the crap out of the Lakers for the rest of eternity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My two cents - you can take it or leave it. I live in The Colony, Denton County. Way too close to the university to never have anything going on. I would like to be more involved in Alumni things.

I am not a member anymore. The only thing I ever heard, received was the invoice to renew my membership. I decided to not renew since I don't see the point of just paying for nothing ever year.

He looked really foolish? I wouldn't say that about someone without looking at yourself first. I sit with the "metal bleacher bangers" and was quite annoyed the whole second half of the game. It gets rather old when all you could hear is someone yelling when all you wanted to hear were the announcers. I also think a standing ovation for him blowing up at you qualifies for foolishness. But outside of that, I understand that you were upset and rightfully so. But I understand why GD was upset. I think he had a right as well. It would have been better for none of it to happen in the first place. We need to back the team and the supporters and treat each other with respect. We are all in the same "MEAN GREEN NATION." JUST MY POINTS (NOTHING MORE THAN MY OPINION) - there were people that left the game early or moved to completely different sections because of the yelling. I don't think it should have gone on as long as it did. And, there was alot of cussing from that area - but to I don't think it came from "Season Ticket Holder".
