Some SMU kid bang their head on their toilet, create a time machine, and travel back to 1984?

If so I hope they have the decency to warn the 5 hookers

It won't happen.  At least it doesn't happen in the time travel shows I watch.  Maybe you could be nice to someone before they meet their fate, but prevent their untimely death?  Too many unintended consequences.

Well, my best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Goree participating in an unsanctioned street fight with a robot last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

I heard Goree and Robinson were caught in a four way with a blow up doll and a robot lover.

Looking all up Army, including the unis. They're in complete control of this one.

I was a bit surprised to see their uni featuring the unit patch of my old unit, the 82nd Airborne Division.  Here's some explanation of that "paratrooper look" (as I left the Army, the 82nd was the only true "Airborne", i.e. "Paratrooper" Division remaining).  Also, (and you have to read all the way to the bottom, as I know you always do), the explanation of the 82nd's "All American" nickname, which, by the way, dates from World War 1, when someone noticed that the 82nd Division had members from all states, at a time when almost all divisions drew their members from the same state:

This article, from the Fayetteville Observer, has an awesome video imbedded, honoring the 82nd Airborne in World War 2:

Another one, in case the above link doesn't work, includes a pretty good explanation of the "All American" nick, and a mention of our HOD bowl matchup:

And, by the way, Jeff Monken was wearing the version of the 82nd Unit Patch for dress uniforms, in red white and blue.

I like the idea but I watched the press conference last night and Strong couldn't put together a complete sentence.  Hey, at least Seth can come up with a sentence and 5 wins.

A complete sentence is always good, but can't UT just come out with one for Strong.  I mean, a grown man, especially  a coach, can understand "you're fired".

Great site.  I was amused that they rank the best to worst five-year periods of UNT football.  Here are the five worst five-year periods.  There's a common theme in four of them:

Well, I guess it's good to know that one has to go back over a hundred years to see the kind of futility you and I witnessed here recently.  Also, it's reassuring to know that (barely, after those years), we still have an overall winning record.  This season has been very important in so many ways.

Without looking, I think we have played more games against Texas State than any other school in our history.

I would have preferred SWTxStU-SM to UTSA to have been let in to CUSA. It is a better school and has a better athletics program across the board.

UTSA does absolutely nothing for CUSA at all. Absolutely no redeeming qualities for the conference as a whole. It was an unfortunate selection by CUSA.

Hell yeah, we could have been floating the Comal every other year.  I wonder if they still have that little tourist trap next to it with the piano playing chicken.  And then there's the "Texas State" connection.
