I read that teams 17-32 are unseeded and placed against a seeded team near to their regional interest. -
I liked the non-conference scheduling this year. Although we never got the signature win, the opportunity was there and we competed for the most part. St John’s - 1pt loss LSU - 4pt loss Boise (true road game) - 5pt loss Having said that, you still have to find a way to win those games. There are no points for close losses.

They should give the NIT champ an auto bid in the next year’s NCAA tourney.

A run is winning 3 games, which means making the championship game. Won’t be easy, but we’re healthy now.

Wait.. that means you would rather not win the conference tourney.

That would be awesome, but I bet the NIT only takes two teams from the AAC. Memphis, SMU, UAB, and Charlotte all have better resumés. Maybe a run to conference title game would do it.

I can understand trying to avoid FAU, or even Memphis but every team can present a match-up problem. We've been undersized all year, but we present our own match-up problems too (Edwards, CJ in the post). If RJ and Scott can stay out of foul trouble, we can make a run. Defense is our identity and those two are the heartbeat.

I can't stand the mentality of "let's avoid this team, etc" especially a team with 5 conference wins. I guarantee you the coaches and players don't care. Just win the game and advance.

Forgive me if I'm not falling all over myself for this. Voertman's is less expensive with more creative designs.

Swing and a miss... You don't have to fill the ENTIRE front of the shirt.. less is more sometimes.
