  1. Yes, objectivity. Making the argument that Breitbart is somehow on the same level as NYT in terms of credibility. Yes very objective. I trust your objectivity after making that assertion. Very credible.
  2. I have that strangely unique trait of objective judgement in spite of my own opinion. Weird how it seems like you lack that feature.
  3. Don't put words in my mouth boy. I can be against a hire and still know that one is a nationally relevant publication and the other is a fringe far right, wouldn't even call it conservative, blog. As far as proving Breitbart as a poor blog, it would take less time to list good articles than it would take to list articles with demonstrative untruths. Fake news is not unique to any part of the spectrum. Thirdly NYT hiring someone, with a past that they claim to be redeemed of, is different than a youtuber consistently breaking the published rules of a site in the present. If you think you have a target on your back you should not then go all in on rule breaking or you're just asking for it to happen. If a county gives out speeding tickets with zero tolerance for even 1 MPH over the while passing through would you drive 5 under just in case? Fourthly, the social media companies are still private businesses. They can do what they want and use their policies for their justification when they want. If they ignore their buddy's transgression then they can.
  4. No need to remind us about the popped collar. Our undershirts have popped collars. Double pop scenario.
  5. Now that I look at it more, it would have been best to start the deck at field level instead of laying it on top of stands. You'd have to cut out that part of the bleachers and the foundation under it all the way out to the 2nd tier of the stands in order to lay it on the ground. That would give people in the 2nd tier visibility.
  6. To me it looks angled from the other view on the renders to where it's got a steep enough angle that seats on the right side would still see the left corner of the end zone. Not so sure about those people behind the deck though.
  7. It's the new student section and non students aren't allowed. Likely to be heavy drink service at the concession behind it to encourage all 20 of them to be loud. These are also renders and not the final picture. I don't really like the look but at least they are trying.
  8. I too am against that hire. They are however a more reliable source than Breitbart. Whataboutisms will get you nowhere in life. Back on topic which the aforementioned will not save you from: Let's just say hypothetically if Alex Jones goes beyond criticism to hit the hate speech level, encouraged harassment of Sandy Hook families such that his crazy fans stalked them and had them move 7 times, perpetuating Pizza Gate shenanigans, fanning a fake revolver and threatening someone, posted videos of children being thrown to the ground, and then once receiving a Youtube strike if he circumvents the ban the *perhaps* he could deserve removal based on a website's policies. Oh sh*t that all happened. My bad.
  9. Nah. You can do better. They lost their credibility long, long ago and this is coming from someone who is not super Leftist. As far as the content, Willie already broke it down as far as it needed to go.
  10. Which one? You lobbed that out there like someone randomly going "I like music" and not naming a genre. For example, did they do something so egregious on a platform that they lost custody of their kids or were sued by multiple families for incitement of harassment thanks to conspiracy theories? Those would be good examples if you have them.
  11. Every account checks the "I agree and will abide by this policy" upon creation so if his accounts violate the policy they can be banned. Said websites are private property and they have no obligation to allow speech. He goofed too many times and got caught. Oops.
  12. Go to the Frisco Bowl they said. It will be a good time they said. The only thing that happened was my alcohol budget being bolstered.
  13. Bo Levi then Kyle Padron. Back to back SMU2EWU transfers lol. June Jones ruined em here so they went there and did great.
  14. Good for Rafe. He was stuck behind a RS Junior who already set Career TD and Season TD/Yardage records at SMU. He was not going to be starting or playing much because the garbage time reps will go to the RS Freshman QB or the Freshman QB with 4 games free to play and keep his RS.
  15. Peruna unlikely to travel. Mascots don't usually travel and home stadiums don't typically like other animals pooing everywhere.
  16. Sorry to disappoint.
  17. Exactly. I made some Mean Green friends already ;D
  18. I'm not a y'all. My pronouns are dude, bro, and whatshisname.
  19. My doggies eat me out of house and home.
  20. Is there an actual attendance number from last time? Possibly a photo would be good. I really don't know the numbers so I have nothing to base my sarcasm on.
  21. One nice fellow in green a couple years ago spotted me walking around the park area and said "It's no Boulevard here but we're glad you could make it and see how we do things." in that self deprecating way I mainly speak.
  22. I say we have good chances of continuing the win streak and I still won't have friends.
  23. This requires friends 😞
