Why the jilted lover syndrome? He was a hired gun for us and a hired gun for KState. KState gave him more money and a bigger stage. Let him go live his life. We should be grateful for what he did here and that he is a UNT graduate but what he did at KState and how he said goodbye there should be no more than a passing interest for us.

Hired gun?  Bigger stage?  Did KSU get more coverage this year than we did last year?  I know Big XII, but I don’t recall them being on television much.

I didnt expect SMU to keep their coach going into the ACC, they spent a ton of money to get into that conference, why wouldnt they spend the money on a competitive coach that can recruit a new crop of players with their NIL money.

Then why didn't they do this two years ago when they knew they weren't staying in the AAC?  They would have two years in that system as they entered the ACC, now they are starting over. You can't spell CEsLmLuAR without SMU.

It was closer to 11 minutes for that score, and anyone who knows basketball will tell you a 10 point lead with 10 minutes left is not safe.  There are choke jobs, and this is not one of them.

I can tell you're intentionally reaching to dog pile on an old rival. 🤣

Did you watch the game?  smuT gagged.  They were up 74-67 with 9:58 left to play and were outscored 34-18 from that point on.  Their possessions went turnover, Foul, missed three, missed three, 1-2 FT's, missed 3, missed 3, missed 3, 2 Fouls, Missed FG, Timeout, Made FG, Made Dunk, missed FT, Timeout, made two FT's, Foul, and missed FG.  They went from leading by seven to losing 101-92.  Choked.

  4. We need shooters.  TCU's starting five could all shoot and all ended up in double figures.  When our opponents can shut down Lampkin and Kernal inside, we have a tough time.  TCU's post, 6'7" Prince, was incredible.  Typically, and I don't mean this in a bad way, but a woman this size is not very coordinated.  Prince was incredible as was Connor that had an unbelievable shot.

Never the less, I really enjoyed following this team this year.  They never gave up, always hustled and played hard and obviously enjoyed playing together.  They have a lot to be proud of and will look back on this year as something special.

Meh. 1 has starter minutes. Another has reserve minutes. The other 2 don't play. The rest of their team (contributors)... 6'6", 6'6", 6'2", 6'4". We'll be aight if we play our game and keep playing great gap help defense.

You just broke the “McKracked” code. Dude has a future writing for “over the top” news.

Indiana state ties the game at around 8:40 remaining, and pulled away for the comfy win.

not sure what you got that from.

EDIT: maybe you’re speaking of a different game.

My bad. Up ten, 74-64, with 10 minutes left. Details🤷. SMU still choked and sucks.

    1. Abou must have had a bad attitude or been disruptive in some way to get kicked off the team with his size, athleticism and skill set. Keeping him around might have tilted the chemistry in a way that could have lost us the NIT last year or tanked this season for us. You have to throw out the bad apples. So losing him may have been a blessing.

    2. Tylor Perry was good. Jason Edwards provided everything that Tylor did. Sub Tylor for Edwards and our record is basically the same this season.

    1.  Takes balls by McCasland to do that at that time of the year. I appreciate that dedication to doing the right thing. It couldn’t have been a good situation considering Pop Isaacs played for Tech this year.
    2. Scoring? Yes. Clutch? No.
