I don't necessarily disagree, but we need to see some action before 2 years. So far he hasn't moved on Benford (even though he is 0-5 in conference), Nitardy still has a job, and not one high ranking person from one of the worst performing ADs in America has been issued walking papers. I'm willing to give him till summer on AD personnel and to the end of this road trip on Benford (it's past time), but I'm not willing to wait 2 years to see slight movement.

Tired retreaded ground here. Higher rated classes win more. Classes with hire rated recruits are hire rated than classes with lower rated recruits. Win recruiting battles. That's what you are paid to do. No stars that hit are nice, but NO ONE builds a coaching career on them.

Lots of assumptions about players yet to take the field. And again, DMac isn't the standard, OUR CONFERENCE MATES ARE THE STANDARD. I appluad the effort of the staff, still waiting to see the results.

We agree on #3. I vehemently disagree on the bolded in #2. As to #1: Finding the "overlooked kid" is the old, tired excuse used for the DMac era. This philosophy will guarantee failure for the Littrell staff. Consistently losing recruiting battles with conference mates creates a losing program, not a winner.

All of our big donors are in their 70s. We NEED Baker to develop alternate money sources, and quickly.

There was a big uproar when we were searching for an AD about a purge of the AD. That seemed to get lost shortly after Baker was hired, probably due to the start of football season. Just wondering what the silence means, if anything, and how people feel about the changes made and lack of changes made and how much time they think the evaluation process should take.
