  1. I think this ship has sailed. In the initial talk with the convention center and hotel going back on the old Radisson site, this idea had potential. their was talk of a Houlihan's with the hotel which would have been a great draw on game days. Can you imagine an outdoor patio for food and drinks pre game. add in the tailgate scene, add in the pavilion. Now we are talking about some game day attractions adding up for a good experience for all types of alumni. And the hotel that group built down the road is nice, best in Denton. And the visiting teams stay there. Also the parents of players. I used to see Mason there on Sunday morning for breakfast with his entourage. But somehow the school let that one slip away, Now I do not see it happening, I do not like anything off campus. That center and hotel would have brough great visibility for the university. Like so many things pertaining to athletics we have dropped the ball so much it is hard to recover in this day and age. Just my two cents...
  2. If we had made the ft we would be down by 2 with 27
  3. Down by 3 with 52, but they have the ball
  4. For some reason I guess i did not want to believe this team was as bad as everyone was saying. Had to see for myself. Not sure if I will even try the rice game with this type of performance.
  5. This is tough to watch. Not good basketball.
  6. Looked it up and is #4. Will see if he is suited up after half warmups
  7. What is Frazier s number. I am at the game now and don't believe he has played or maybe not even here
  8. I will head over to Huntsville to watch this game, primarily to see Fraiser. Anyone else from Houston going?
  9. My name is Ray Parrish and live in Kingwood, Texas along with my wife Lisa and our three kids (ages 4,6,9) I graduated with a degree in Real Estate finance in 83. I was a Sig Ep and had the time of my life. I always loved college sports (until the bcs) and am one of the few of my alum friends who still follow the green. Since we live outside of Houston and I volunteer as athletic director for my kids private Christian school the only game I attend is my son and I fly in for the home opener. All my kids own NT stuff that hangs in their room. It is a start. I grew up in a family business ( electrical distribution) and we sold it all in December. I am curently working on building a 60,000 square foot indoor sports facility in my area and own half of a start up construction company. I first found the Lee Huges site and have been hooked since. I believe in the green.
