Just ignore the smurf. Anyone who took G.Grenade's post to be a serious attack on the academic integrity of SMU is hypersensitive. Do like I do, skip past his posts if you care to read anything more than some lonely college kid's rants designed to only stir the pot.

Here is what the current plates look like: I really dislike the "UNT" snazzy logo that was developed when I was in school in the late 1990s. Do you think there is any hope of changing the logo to the green Texas flag? I sure wish we marketed that thing more - the one that is flown on the alumni side at football games - the one WITHOUT the dorky emblem in place of the star. Your thoughts?

That web site is not aesthetically pleasing. While I would have thought that any change from the previous web site would be a positive thing, I guess all change is not good.

Shaneb, remember what FDR said... an intelligent man is one who never uses two words when one will do. While the excess verbage of your posts cloud your point, your insults and assumptions about the people who avidly follow this program are quite off base. I try not to post anything that I would not say to someone's face. All the people on this board that I respect do the same. Does anyone have the breakdown as to what number are undergraduate students? Commuters? What is our dorm population?

The women's temporary home should be much improved over last year's situation. I don't know the dimensions but believe it to be wider than the previous - might want to check me on that. RV had good things to say about the temporary field (when comparing it to the old one), and I can't wait to renovate the Liberty Property into a home that we can all be proud of... GO MEAN GREEN!

I'm curious as to the way teams advance to the NCAA tourney. I ask because I read where the NCAA championships will this year be played in Austin. If we win the SBC, do we get an automatic invite? Or is there some kind of subregional/regional like in baseball? How close did we come to qualifying last year? How likely is it that we'll advance this year? Thx in advance.
