Thanks. But this team has a lot of issues right now. The offense has no rhythm. The opponents defense stacks the line because we can't pass. And, the North Texas defense is being pushed around by another team with no offense. Its going to be a long year. But, the future still looks pretty bright.

The NT loss was far and away the most embarrasing for the conference. 54-2 to Tulsa. OMG. Tulsa just kicked our butts up and down the field. It is a sad day for the Sun Belt, and a sickening day for North Texas.

I thought the team might struggle a little this year. But, I NEVER expected this. If Tulsa is that much better than NT, then we are in big trouble.

Don't count it out. It is quite possible they will put the entire conference in the bottom ten this week

I am overjoyed that we won again. But, I feel really sorry for MUTS fans right now. -They get to open against a very inexperienced NT team, with a QB that has never taken a college snap. -They do a pretty could job of containing Cobbs and Thomas. -They move the ball well enough to win, and dominate the yardage. -They implode again when it matters most. Wow, I can't imagine what MUTS fans must be feeling right now. They have to know, that this might have been their best chance of beating NT for a good while. NT will get better as they get more experienced. Even when Patrick leaves this year, we still have Jamario for 2 more years. Awesome.

One thing about Dickeyball, they don't make mistakes. It's boring. It's unimaginative. But, it wins games against a lesser or equally skilled opponent. MT has to feel like this was their one big chance to win, and they blew it. NT is only going to get better as the year goes on......Big win !

Wow, that was nearly a game concession by MUTS by going for it on 4th. Would have been sweet if we could have stopped them. MUTS would have collapsed.

You have got to be kidding me.... If MT somehow loses this game, they will never hear the end of it from their fans. Maybe this will fire up the offense.

He seems poised enough for a first game. But, he sure telegraphs his passes right now. With a little confidence and clock management skills, I think he will be pretty good.

I like the way Meager throws the ball, but he sure could have used a game under his belt before this one. I think this team will be pretty darn good, but these first few games could be pretty tough.
