I also see ESPN getting behind the AAC which is a big help . No coincidence with them televising the NIT.

Execution late in the shot clock is difficult. We did well with CJ, Jason and Robert Allen. Recruiting playmakers in this style as opposed to NBA run and gun is not easy due to player buy in . However, we do get selfless team players which I love. Last year , there was better chemistry due to continuity . I am confident we can get there with one more big guard who can create and a big forward/ post who has post up game.

I found him arrogant. Adams was friendly and fun .

Solid debut season for Hodge. I am grateful for Aaron and Rubin continuing. Edwards’ is a solid all conference player but needs to be a Kyrie to a 2nd bigger guard I am sure excited about CI next year. Buggs , Sissoko are good role players for next year. Allen was a great find for our culture.
Several of the guys need to find their new school for PT in their college careers . Basically anyone ,other than Cotton, who did not play today . I would love to have Rubin and Aaron stay with NIL invested in them.- 2

This game will come down to offensive execution and turnovers not the refs .
My comment here is also not aging well.

The name Dusty May seems fitting for West Virginia. But I don’t think leaving Boca Ratom for Morgantown would be appealing .

Looking at the game again, I place much of the blame on Coach Burton. Now, don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of his and what he was done this year, but I question the following moves.
1. Why insert Kernal for those free throws. Not sure, as she may have been the best option off the bench at the time, but I would have gone with Robinson.
2. After Kernal's misses and Rice's turnover on the five second violation, he designed a play for Kernal to redeem herself and she forced a shot trying too hard. She wasn't in the right frame of mind.
3. Final shot was set up for Jaaucklyn Moore who was 0-5 on the game and 0-3 from three when Desiree Wooten had hit two earlier threes from that exact spot. I would have gone with Wooten.
This is easy to call at this point because hindsight is always 20-20. Like I said, big fan of Burton and the season should not be done.
Moore was open . She is a senior and a good shooter . I loved the play call, That shot was clean and as close as can be to going in.
