When you have a great season you have fans. What's your point?
SMU is ranked but we haven't played anyone. Our win vs TCU turned out to be a crappy TCU and our next best win might be vs UNT which is entirely meaningless. We all know this. It's an expectation at this point, not something noteworthy. If we beat teams that matter, Houston, UCF, etc, it'll be a different story.
Costal hasn't 'played anyone' and has a huge showing, App hasn't 'played anyone' and has a great showing, UTSA hasn't 'played everyone' and they have an alright showing... Not really a great point.

Unfortunately, it technically does follow the rules, but the rules obviously need to be changed, because that was bull****. Why doesn’t intentional grounding count outside of the pocket? Makes no sense. Or if the ball is intentionally fumbled and rolls out if bounds, should that be a safety?

Seems to me small HS college recruits most all get similar critiques
Couldn’t help but point out that Ruder was a small HS QB who was 4 stars and supposed to be unbelievable, P5 starting talent.

If not intentional grounding or a sack, it at least should have counted as a fumble it he was 'outside the pocket' and tossed the ball behind his head as he was tackled.

what really sucked about this game is that we had hope in the beginning. if it was a blowout like all our other games, I could have had a fine night.

AND THEN HE MISSES THE FIELD GOAL

3rd and 8 on the goal line and Aune runs the ball?????? What the F*** was that call!

Taking nothing away from him because he is a very good player but it seems week after week after week every team that plays against us has players that look like all Americans and should be first-round draft choices based on their performances against us
That's true - I only mention him because I think he's looked all american/first round in other games too this season. But we are giving a lot of teams their best performance/great numbers.... wish we could be putting our best numbers up on these teams

Willis is a baller and our secondary is THIN - Willis is the only reason that drive resulted in a TD. Got rid of the ball out of the pocket at the beginning of the drive, playground threw for a 1st down, big throws in general, all while under pretty strong D Line pressure.

Liberty could not have played a worst game and we're behind. Get pissed at the referees all you want but we are Our Own Worst Enemy
We suck… the refs also suck…

The refs…. I can’t believe that. Wow. This is horrible ref coverage. What was that

Did we just run wildcat on a 4th down in the red zone? Neat lol

Is the ESPN+ feed coming through dark for anyone else?
I think the lighting is weird with the shadows. Not sure if it's cloudy down there, but I think when clouds pass by the color grading gets all screwed up.

I'd hope we could schedule some better teams while in a new conference, but LA Tech has always been nice. Would love to strengthen our schedule as we jump to this next level.

I watched some rowing races today - could be a fun sport to add to balance title 9. As an ex lacrosse player, I have to agree that it would be a great addition as well.

Pretty sure he’s got his eye on either Saban, Swinney, Meyer, or the Ghost of Tom Landry. Any of which would be solid hires if you ask me. Should only take any of them maybe 2-3 recruiting cycles to get their guys in here & get us to a bowl game!
I heard whoever we don’t get on that list still is going to come and be assistants

I like the SP. it just needs new seating. No knee room for this 6'3" dude.
Redoing the super pit would be the best move by far. Cool central building in campus next to parking, dorms, could still be owned by the university for events.

Completely disagree. If the team is winning and playing teams people actually know people will walk a little farther. We walk all around campus already so that’s not an issue. Plus there are already dorms on the other side of the highway my man?
No one who lives in most of the major dorms goes across the highway. It’s just athletes, really.

Before the AAC news broke, sources told the Action Network that officials at North Texas, Rice, UTSA and UTEP had contacted the Mountain West about joining the conference. North Texas and Rice had the most serious discussions, but ultimately, the Mountain West decided to remain at 12 schools, sources said.
